Jessica Sanders is a 25-year old Masters of Social Work graduate from Melbourne, Australia. She has a background in Gender Studies and is passionate about upholding women's rights. Jessica is employed at the Butterfly Foundation where she works as a presenter, delivering preventative education to groups of students on the topic of body image. In 2017 Jessica founded ‘re-shape', a social enterprise dedicated to empowering women and girls to develop positive relationships with themselves and their bodies. Jessica decided to write her children’s book Love Your Body after feeling frustrated by the limitations that holding a negative body image placed on her female friends and on women and girls all over the world. In 2019 Jessica intends to continue to challenge unrealistic beauty standards through writing, photography and public speaking.
Carol Rossetti is an independent designer, comic book author and illustrator based in Brazil. Carol is also a co-founder of Café com Chocolate Design graphic design studios. In her work, Carol brings visibility to causes such as gender equality and human rights. An incredible example of this is 'The Women Project' which went viral, touching the hearts of a global audience.
Steph Spartels is a Melbourne-based designer, illustrator and colour enthusiast. Since the establishment of Studio Spartels in 2010, she has illustrated a 20-book series, worked on illustration commissions and created designs for fiction, non-fiction, YA, and children's books. She is passionate about bringing stories to life with designs and illustrations that are exciting, intelligent and lovingly crafted.
